Responsibilities
Own the project lifecycle. Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction to turnover, managing budgets, schedules, and quality expectations
Drive performance and accountability. Motivate field and office teams, fostering collaboration among designers, fabricators, trades, and clients
Deliver results to meet expectations. Oversee all mechanical scopes including HVAC, plumbing, and piping across commercial, institutional, and multifamily projects
Problem-solve at every step. Identify risks early, adapt to field conditions, and creatively resolve challenges to keep projects moving forward
Build relationships that last. Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, earning trust through transparency and consistent results
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects for commercial or institutional buildings
A solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and piping system design and installation
Proven ability to manage project budgets, track costs, and drive profitability
Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to coordinate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with project management software and digital tools
A valid driver's license
Preferred
Estimating experience is a plus
