Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging lessons that build problem-solving and analytical skills aligned with AMC standards
Provide targeted instruction and feedback to help students improve contest performance
Create practice problems, quizzes, and review materials for AMC and AIME preparation
Track student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
Collaborate with the academic coordination team to develop curriculum materials and enrichment content
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Math, or a related STEM field
2+ years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with middle or high school students
Deep familiarity with AMC-style problem solving and mathematical reasoning
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for inspiring students to enjoy mathematics and develop competition-level skills
Preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin & English) preferred but not required
