They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-perm opportunity to handle the processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments while supporting the Finance/Accounting team.

Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports accurately and efficiently
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
Verify charges, resolve discrepancies, and obtain necessary approvals
Prepare weekly check runs and process ACH and wire payments
Maintain organized vendor files and documentation for audits
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end closing
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly
Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies
Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting or Business
ERP system experience
