Responsibilities

Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver optimal outcomes
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple brands and entities
Manage cash flow, treasury operations, banking relations, and risk management activities
Establish and implement internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company resources
Analyze key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
Collaborate with department heads to support initiatives with data-driven recommendations
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and accountability
Coordinate audits, tax planning activities, and relationships with external financial partners
Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team and a trusted stand-in for the CFO when needed

Required

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA is strongly preferred)
A minimum of 8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including leadership roles
Demonstrated experience in a multi-entity, high-volume, or restaurant franchise-heavy environment is ideal
Advanced budgeting, financial modeling, and analytical skills with a strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and internal controls
Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration capabilities
Integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data

Preferred

CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
