Responsibilities
You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing integrated care to older adults
Practice offers on-site access to behavioral health, dental, and case management support

Full-time outpatient position with no inpatient or weekend responsibilities

Qualification
Required
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Licensed in California with active DEA and CPR certification
