Responsible for leading 6 salaried and 80 hourly in a non-union electrical assembly manufacturing operation
Will work cross functionally with customers and quoting, engineering, purchasing/sourcing to help select and evaluate suppliers to deliver products to customers
Will drive production goals to meet customer demands
Qualification
Required
Electrical assembly/electronic assembly experience
Manufacturing leadership experience
Preferred
Wire harness manufacturing experience is a plus
