InternEnerflex Ltd. offers a paid internship opportunity for undergraduate students to gain real-life experience in a dynamic environment. Interns will participate in key management meetings and work on meaningful projects, assisting project engineers and project managers in various engineering tasks.

Responsibilities
Writing, formatting, editing, and updating instructions and procedures to be used by project engineers for design processes
Creating, modifying, and presenting data from MS Excel spreadsheets used for engineering calculations and business analysis
Assist project engineers in inspecting and documenting completed equipment packages and ensuring that final documentation is accurate and ready for delivery to the customer
Review and research design specifications to determine appropriate materials for use in packaged equipment
Review bills of materials for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications
Follow up on material requisitions from Fabrication
Assist Project Managers on all projects on most aspects including the job closing process
Use software to enter and modify the Bill of Materials, set up custom items for the purchasing of Engineered items
Supports the fabrication process for new packages
Assist Project Managers in reviewing, approving and verifying Engineering files and parts books are complete for each unit fabricated
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years of college coursework completed in an industrial, mechanical, process, electrical, or chemical engineering field
Sophomore credit equivalency (30-59 hours) with a GPA of 3.2 or higher required
Must be dependable, highly motivated, and self-directed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Proactive thinker and self-motivated
Strong time, project, and organizational management skills
The ability to work independently
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
