Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, compliance, and reporting for a complex, federally funded nonprofit
Lead a high-performing team of four, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Manage federal grants and Uniform Guidance compliance (2 CFR 200)
Drive process optimization, system upgrades, and change management (Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Bill.com, Concur, soon RAMP)
Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership and Board committees
Own budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax filings, and financial reporting

Qualification

Required

7+ years' professional accounting experience (nonprofit required)
4+ years' supervisory experience and demonstrated team leadership
Expert in Sage Intacct; strong systems mindset and change management success
Strong communicator, motivator, and process improvement champion
BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Preferred

federal funding/OMB A-133 audit highly preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Bill.com, Concur, ADP a strong plus
MA/CPA strongly preferred
