Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through trial preparation
Handle diverse civil litigation and employment defense cases
Take and defend depositions
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist in case strategy development and execution
Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members
Qualification
Required
Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Preferred
Employment Law experience preferred
