This team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on complex financial matters, including financial litigation, corporate debt restructurings, and related transactions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally from an Am Law 100 firm
Exceptional legal writing and research skills
Strong academic background and analytical ability
Licensed in good standing in the jurisdiction of one of the firm's U.S. offices or eligible for admission
Preferred
Exposure to finance, restructuring, or insolvency matters
