Responsibilities
Manage a Lemon Law litigation docket from complaint through resolution
Draft and argue motions, handle law and motion calendars
Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement conferences
Work with discovery attorneys to delegate and oversee written discovery
Communicate with clients and ensure they understand process and strategy
Contribute to team strategy and help improve litigation processes over time
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active California Bar in good standing
At least 3 years of civil litigation experience with motion and deposition work
Ability to handle a busy caseload with some autonomy
Professional maturity to earn and maintain a hybrid schedule based on performance
Preferred
Prior consumer, Lemon Law, PI, or similar experience is a plus
