Responsibilities
Act as a thought partner to leaders across Corporate FP&A including Operations, Development, Marketing, and Strategy — translating data into strategic insight
Develop dynamic financial models and frameworks to evaluate growth opportunities, improve unit economics, and guide long-term planning
Analyze initiatives including franchise conversions, M&A opportunities, and market expansion efforts
Support real estate strategy with breakeven analysis, pro formas, and investment recommendations
Synthesize findings into compelling presentations for the executive team and board
Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions to enhance performance and profitability
Help build repeatable, tech-enabled finance infrastructure to power rapid expansion into new markets
Chip in on ad-hoc and time sensitive projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus, but not required)
3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance in a growth-stage or multi-unit business
Advanced financial modeling and strong command of financial statements
Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights
Familiarity with dashboarding/BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Executive presence and excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial drive, intellectual curiosity, and comfort in fast-changing environments
Highly accountable, hands-on, and excited to build
Preferred
Bonus if you've worked in healthcare services, franchising, or consumer-focused multi-site operations
