Responsibilities

Assist Principal Agent with emails and other administrative tasks
Deliver certificates of insurance in a timely and efficient fashion
Perform quality control and review applications, endorsements and policies for accuracy
Maintain and update files in our account management system and generate reports
Troubleshoot billing or payment issues
Prepare and maintain additional reports as required by the Principal Agent

P & C licenseAccount Management SystemInsurance commercial serviceInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Proven experience in an insurance commercial service role is required
2 plus years experience in an insurance commercial service role required
Account Management System experience a must
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
Strong oral and written communication skills
Willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable
