Mid LevelThe Provider Finder is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physician to be an integral part of their Consult Team. The role involves performing focused medical consultations, collaborating with care teams, and delivering clinical recommendations while educating patients on their care plans.

Responsibilities
Perform focused, in-depth medical consultations and evaluations
Collaborate closely with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams
Deliver clear, concise, and evidence-based clinical recommendations
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of encounters
Qualification
Required
Active and unrestricted Texas medical license (MD or DO)
Strong diagnostic acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a commitment to quality care and service excellence
Flexibility to rotate across four clinic locations: Sugar Land, West Houston, Medical Center, and Baytown
Willingness to work one evening shift per week and two Saturdays per month
