Responsibilities
Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing conduit
Overseeing, or participating in, wire installations with conduit & cable tray
Connecting power to equipment
The ability to lead/develop up to 4 apprentice electricians
Ability to stand, walk ,and lift up to 100 lbs in construction work environment
Ability to climb, and maintain balance, on ladders and scaffolds while carrying tools
May be exposed to high and precarious places
Risk of electrical shock and outside weather conditions
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Pass a pre-employment drug test
Pass a pre-employment background check
Reliable transportation
Proven experience in the Commercial/Industrial construction industry
Proficiency in working with high voltage and low voltage systems
Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing equipment
Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices
Ability to work effectively on construction sites, adapting to varying environments and challenges
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs in construction work environment
Ability to climb, and maintain balance, on ladders and scaffolds while carrying tools
Preferred
Journeyman's License
