Insight Global is seeking to hire Sales Associates for a Fiber Optics utility company. The role focuses on connecting with potential customers to sell internet products and services through face-to-face interactions while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in upgrading internet products and services
Connect directly with potential customers in their homes to introduce and sell internet products and services
Plan your territory and schedule to maximize opportunities
Engage face-to-face with residents, listening to their needs and building rapport
Process orders on-site and ensure service activation and accurate billing
Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and strengthen referral networks
Meet sales targets and leverage user-friendly technology to eliminate internal channel conflicts
Occasionally attend special events to expand your network and boost sales opportunities

Required

Prior Sales experience is required
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed to drive to and from assigned territories until you receive your company-owned vehicle
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads
