Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising 5 maintenance technicians in an apartment complex over 2 properties
Will respond back to things that need to be fixed, prioritizing with the staff on what needs to be fixed in order of emergency
Will ensure all PO’s are received and updated
Will deal with vendors on quotes and proposals for ongoing projects
Will order supplies and make sure that all scheduling of maintenance is being delegated to the staff
Will mentor, coach, train and help out the techs with difficult projects that are ongoing
Qualification
Required
Experience managing apartment facilities maintenance personnel
Apartment maintenance experience is needed
