Between 4 to 6 years of litigation experience
Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Experience in a mid to large law firm
Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery
Experience assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions
Experience appearing before state and federal courts
Good standing with the CA Bar
Federal clerkship a plus

Required
