Responsibilities
Repair and troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480V
Perform maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot and program PLCs using ladder logic, particularly Siemens
Handle sensors such as photoeyes and pressure sensors
Work with drives, including VFDs
Troubleshoot and program HMIs
Qualification
Required
Repair and troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480V
Perform maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot and program PLCs using ladder logic, particularly Siemens
Handle sensors such as photoeyes and pressure sensors
Work with drives, including VFDs
Troubleshoot and program HMIs
Proficient in PLC troubleshooting (Siemens)
Experience with 480V - 3 phase electric systems
Skilled in HMI troubleshooting
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Preferred
Fabrication experience
Knowledge of Siemens PLCs
