Responsibilities

Perform carrier check calls to confirm load status and transit updates
Build, update, and track loads within the transportation management system (TMS)
Assist with scheduling pickup and delivery appointments
Complete customer and carrier check calls through online portals
Ensure accurate and timely updates to load information and shipment milestones
Communicate regularly with internal operations teams to support daily execution
Help identify and escalate issues that may impact service or delivery timelines
Provide occasional weekend coverage as required to support operations

Required

Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or an administrative operations role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics portals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
