Responsibilities
Maintain and update aircraft maintenance logs, inspection reports, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins
Ensure all documentation complies with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Prepare records for internal and external audits; support regulatory inspections and reviews
Monitor scheduled maintenance intervals and ensure timely documentation of completed work
Input data into maintenance tracking systems and generate reports for management and regulatory bodies
Collaborate with maintenance teams, quality assurance, and flight operations to ensure seamless documentation flow
Manage digital and physical records, including archiving, retrieval, and secure storage
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in records management and documentation control
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and aviation maintenance
Experience with FAA regulations and aviation recordkeeping systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field preferred
Familiarity with aircraft documentation requirements
Proficiency in aviation recordkeeping systems preferred
