Insight Global is seeking a PIC to lead and oversee a specialty infusion pharmacy. This role ensures the highest standards of patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations while managing a dynamic team in a growing home infusion environment.

Responsibilities

Direct daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance audits
Manage inventory, including proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications
Oversee medication preparation and dispensing for home infusion therapies
Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient medication regimens
Provide patient counseling and education on infusion therapies
Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff for optimal performance
Foster continuous learning and professional development
Address staff concerns and performance issues promptly
Manage a patient census of 25–30 on chronic autoimmune/neurologic therapies - primarily IVIG (Skyrizi, Stelara)
Responsibilities include filling medications, coordinating shipments via courier/FedEx, drafting orders, clarifying prescriptions with physician offices, etc
Minimal in-office patient interaction; most direct patient care handled by the Director of Pharmacy

Active Pharmacist licensePIC/Pharmacy Manager experienceSpecialty pharmacy experiencePharmacy regulationsLeadership skillsTeam management

Required

Active Pharmacist license in Florida
1+ year of PIC/Pharmacy Manager experience
Specialty pharmacy experience (preferably in home infusion pharmacy or infusion therapies)
Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations

Preferred

Extensive background in home infusion or infusion therapies
