Human Resources Manager
Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with an automotive manufacturer, and they are seeking a Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing all administration department operations, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with various standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee all Administration Department operations, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, document control, facility security, and compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain recruiting, onboarding, HR policies, and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations
Partner with department leaders to meet hiring needs and ensure access to a broad, qualified candidate pool through networking and outreach
Manage employee relations, discipline, performance reviews, training programs, and terminations in accordance with company policy
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll, personnel, training, and compliance records
Develop and manage departmental budgets, annual business plans, and investment initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and delivery
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, safety, environmental, and workplace conduct standards
Oversee document control, IT coordination, facility security, overtime planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong experience in human resources operations, recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and office management
Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
Proven supervisory, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage data, metrics, and reporting
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and employees across all levels
Ability to work in an office and plant environment, meeting physical requirements and PPE standards as required
