Representing clients in wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and class action matters
Handling written discovery, depositions, court appearances, and arbitration
Drafting trial briefs, mediation statements, and summary judgment motions
Working independently while also collaborating closely with a seasoned litigation team
Qualification
Required
A licensed California attorney in good standing
Experienced in employment law (especially wage & hour, PAGA, and class actions)
Skilled at litigation, legal research, and advocacy
