Assist in executing email marketing, social media, and paid ad campaigns

Support SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement

Help with email segmentation, automation, and performance tracking

Assist in updating product listings, descriptions, and inventory on platforms like BigCommerce and Amazon

Work with operations to troubleshoot order issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Help maintain website content to improve user experience

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms

Support the design team in developing marketing materials

Monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries

Track and compile marketing performance reports to identify improvement areas

Assist in using data insights to optimize marketing campaigns

Maintain up-to-date marketing dashboards

Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to keep projects on track

Assist with trade show preparation, catalog updates, and promotional campaigns
