Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) when appropriate
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EMR systems (e.g., E-ClinicalWorks)
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and injury prevention
Participate in community education and mentorship programs
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Doctorate or Bachelor's)
Oregon PT license (active or eligible)
Current BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in outpatient orthopedics or geriatrics preferred (new grads welcome)
