Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for commercial concrete scopes
Manage projects from bid award through closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial concrete project management and/or estimating
Strong understanding of concrete construction means, methods, and finishes
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid organizational, cost-control, and scheduling skills
Professional, client-facing communication abilities
