Responsibilities
You'll lead a team of 11 providers, including autonomous CRNAs and fellow MDs
Work at a Level 3 trauma center with cases across general surgery, ortho, OB, peds, and GI
Oversee quality initiatives, education, and strategic planning
Participate in hospital committees and champion modern anesthesia protocols
Qualification
Required
Board-certified in Anesthesiology
Skilled in communication, mentorship, and team-based practice
Comfortable in a collaborative, CRNA-forward care model
Preferred
Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
