Responsibilities
Engage in face-to-face interactions with homeless occupants
Perform routine contact checks and maintain accurate logs
Assist with picking up and delivering dinners
Conduct scheduled room checks
Provide clients with daily assistance and necessary supplies
Enter client lists and encounter details into logs
Arrange transportation for medical appointments
Schedule nurse visits and coordinate transportation through TARC or Z-Trips
Respond to emergencies and initiate EMS calls when needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with empathy
Reliable and detail-oriented
