Responsibilities
Join a respected community hospital near Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Psychiatrist serving child, adolescent, and adult populations
This full-spectrum role combines inpatient and outpatient care within a collaborative, well-resourced behavioral health team, offering professional fulfillment, predictable scheduling, and long-term stability in one of the region's most desirable areas
Blend of inpatient and outpatient care with continuity and collaboration
Work alongside four psychiatrists, APPs, and a psychologist
Inpatient rounding at 8:30 a.m., outpatient clinic midday, early Friday wrap-ups

Qualification
Required
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry specialization
Ability to provide both inpatient and outpatient care
Experience working in a collaborative behavioral health team
Commitment to professional development and leadership
Availability for predictable scheduling
