Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain PowerApps applications to meet business requirements
Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate PowerApps and Power BI with other Microsoft 365 services and external data sources
Support data modeling, data cleansing, and data transformation tasks using Power Query, DAX, or SQL
Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
Document solutions, workflows, and processes for future maintenance and knowledge sharing
Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops, contributing ideas and solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
Understanding of business intelligence principles and data visualization best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Microsoft certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (DA-100 / PL-300)
Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or Dynamics 365 integrations
Familiarity with advanced DAX calculations and Power Query transformations
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
Familiarity with Azure, SQL Server, or other cloud-based tools
