Responsibilities
Analyze product and process data to drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Inspection Plans, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and FAIR (AS9102)
Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities and support MRB and nonconformance management
Serve as the quality interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
Support new product/process launches and ongoing operational excellence initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing quality
Strong knowledge of AS9100, customer specifications, and quality tools
Excellent attention to detail and customer requirement interpretation skills
