Enterprise Resources Planning Administrator
1st Employment is looking for an Epicor ERP Administrator to manage and optimize their ERP systems. The role involves administering Epicor Kinetic ERP modules, supporting users, developing reports, and collaborating with various departments to enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities
Administer Epicor Kinetic ERP modules, including Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory, Job Costing, and Scheduling
Manage user roles, permissions, and security protocols within Epicor Kinetic ERP
Configure workflows, alerts, and automation rules to streamline company operations and support process efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership and department heads using Epicor Kinetic ERP tools
Support ad hoc reporting needs across multiple departments
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all ERP modules
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for all Epicor Kinetic ERP users
Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new users
Serve as the primary resource for system troubleshooting and user guidance
Collaborate with department leads to identify and implement process improvement opportunities within Epicor Kinetic ERP
Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and ensure optimal functionality
Stay current on Epicor Kinetic ERP updates, new features, and best practices
Work closely with the ERP Implementation Project Manager and external Comtec consultants
Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support for new modules or features
Assist in post-implementation stabilization and the long-term evolution of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system
Qualification
Required
