Trust Administration Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is working with a corporate firm that is looking to expand its Trust and Estate Administration Department. We are seeking a talented and driven Trust Administration Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing Estate Planning team.

Responsibilities
Manage and handle all aspects of Trust Administration matters independently, receiving work directly from a Partner
Draft, review, and finalize all necessary documents related to trust administration, including trust instruments, legal correspondence, and court filings
Advise clients on a comprehensive range of estate planning and administration issues, including probate, will and trust preparation, executor and trustee responsibilities, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
Work with clients concerning issues related to Estate Planning for cryptocurrency and NFT holders, charitable giving, and investment vehicles/long-term investment strategies
Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service while consistently meeting an annual billable hour requirement of 1,600 hours
Evaluate estate plans in light of life-changing events such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, and incapacities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Trust Administration Attorney
Ability to manage and handle all aspects of Trust Administration matters independently
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents related to trust administration
Knowledge of estate planning and administration issues, including probate, will and trust preparation
Understanding of executor and trustee responsibilities
Familiarity with tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
Ability to advise clients on estate planning for cryptocurrency and NFT holders
Experience with charitable giving and investment vehicles/long-term investment strategies
High level of professionalism and client service
Ability to meet an annual billable hour requirement of 1,600 hours
Capability to evaluate estate plans in light of life-changing events such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, and incapacities
