Responsibilities
Delivering (develop, test) feature enhancements to the in-scope application products
Participating in daily scrum meetings
Extending assistance and support for the Operations team as needed; typically, when dealing with the most complex defects related to the applications code or during/after new major enhancements are released
Leveraging DevOps toolset and CI/CD environments to further optimize and scale the deployment process
Providing input into Change Management
Ensuring software and coding standards are maintained
Understanding security policies and implementing solutions that satisfy the security requirements
Collaboration with other teams in DXC as well as client in order to understand requirements, provide implemented changes overviews
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in the following programing languages and frameworks: Java, Javascript, Spring, AngularJS, Python
Knowledge of SQL
Working knowledge of digital delivery processes and Agile methodologies, ability to work in an Agile Team
A pragmatic and enthusiastic attitude to work
Good English and German in writing and speaking
Preferred
Knowledge of AWS cloud (practice with the following AWS components is welcome: Lambdas, microservices, Cloud Formation templates, console)
Knowledge of React JS Library
Knowledge in the following integration platforms and frameworks: Red Hat Fuse, Red Hat
Knowledge in the following DBA: Postgres, Oracle, Mongo DB
Knowledge of Docker container hosting including Kubernetes and RedShift
