Responsibilities
Build desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Verify BitLocker encryption keys are stored in Active Directory and InTune
Ensure successful installation of MECM Client and required software
Maintain connectivity for devices post-build and confirm proper check-in
Document all assigned assets in the IT Services Asset Management system
Diagnose and resolve endpoint hardware/software issues; log work in Help Desk system
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate vendor repairs as needed
Assist with removal/disposal of obsolete equipment per company procedures
Monthly: Patch and maintain backup tablets and iPads per schedule
Qualification
Required
Experience in desktop and networked systems support
Experience in computer deployments, operations, and repair
Experience in hardware/software installation
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
