Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel bookings for Executive leadership, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and related services
Use company‑approved travel tools and systems to process bookings, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with travel policies
Work closely with travel management companies and vendors to secure cost‑effective travel options and resolve booking issues
Ensure all travel arrangements follow corporate, federal, and regional travel regulations and internal T&E policies
Provide support to executive leadership during the travel booking process, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies
Maintain accurate travel records and assist with reporting related to travel activity and expenses
Qualification
Required
Experience in travel management or travel & expense operations, including handling domestic and international travel bookings
Proficiency with corporate travel tools, especially Concur Travel & Expense, for managing bookings, policies, and reports
Strong understanding of corporate travel policies, compliance requirements, and federal/regional travel regulations
Vendor and travel management company coordination experience, including issue resolution and cost optimization
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple travel requests efficiently
Ability to analyze travel data and provide reporting and insights to leadership
