Responsibilities
Speak directly with potential new clients who are calling us for the first time
Work hand-in-hand with our intake agents and investigators to identify, clarify, and evaluate new personal injury and workers’ compensation cases
Use your legal judgment to make real-time case acceptance decisions on behalf of the law firm
Advise and educate the intake department on legal issues
Provide clear, compassionate consultation to help clients understand their rights
Immediately transfer accepted cases to our legal teams for ongoing handling—you never carry the case forward
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Colorado
Experienced in auto accident and workers' comp law
Able to assess cases quickly and make confident judgment calls
A strong communicator who thrives in first-contact consultations
Ready for a refreshing change from courtroom chaos and ongoing case management
Preferred
At least 5 years of hands-on personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Occasional evening and weekend shifts available if preferred
