Responsibilities
Create and Issue job costing invoices
Track and follow up on AR balances; escalate aged items appropriately
Assist with cash application and ensure deposits are recorded accurately
Create jobs in EBMS and apply approved proposals correctly
Maintain clean handoffs between job setup, billing, and cash receipt
Validate that the job setup, billing, WIP, and AR data align across systems
Identify and flag data gaps, misapplied proposals, or billing delays
Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Service teams to resolve data issues while maintaining clear ownership boundaries
Support improvements to workflows, controls, and automation
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in accounting, data analysis, and/or a similar industry
2 years of accounts payable experience
2 years of data analysis experience
2 years of accounts receivable experience
Customer-first mindset and clear communication skills
Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
Ability to problem solve and collaborate with a team
Analytical and detail oriented
