They are seeking an Application Engineering Intern for the summer of 2026, who will work on various engineering tasks related to custom air handling units and modular systems while supporting research and development efforts.

Responsibilities
Perform engineering tasks in designing and estimating systems for our various product lines
Review drawing and specification packages to ensure projects meet customer requirements
Select equipment to ensure they meet engineering design and performance specifications
Suggest modifications to reduce costs or improve performance
Work with our estimating team to deliver accurate scopes of work for our customers
Support in the development of standard processes, engineering details, and documentation
Investigate potential equipment failures, and/or faulty operations or designs, and make recommendations to fix the problem and update standards for the future
Qualification
Required
Working Towards a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Students at the Junior or Senior Status are preferred
Proficient with MS Office
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Exemplary planning and organizational skills (multi-tasking and time-management)
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation skills
Must possess excellent attention to detail
