Responsibilities

New programs and features launch on time, with zero chaos or confusion across teams

Call calendars, curriculum, and communications stay aligned across every platform

Practitioners, marketing, ops, student experience and tech teams are clear on expectations and timing

Students experience consistency, clarity, and momentum

Product improvements move from idea → execution → impact without friction

Own execution of all live and evergreen programs once they exit Product design

Build and maintain master program calendars (coaching calls, workshops, office hours, practitioner sessions, guest experts)

Ensure all logistics are accurate and aligned: Zoom links, portals, reminders, announcements, timelines

Act as final execution owner for live program delivery

Own organization, maintenance, and refresh cadence of all curriculum assets and resources

Translate practitioner and leadership ideas and student feedback into clear execution briefs

Partner with Product and Practitioner Leadership to break apart, reorganize, rewrite, and update modules to maximize student outcomes and improve student experience

Ensure updates are reflected across Thinkific, Email/SMS communications, Slack, SOPs, and internal docs

Coordinate across: Head of Product, Practitioner Leadership, Lifecycle Marketing, Student Experience, Operations & Tech

Run execution timelines and dependency tracking for new program feature rollouts and updates

Partner with practitioners to optimize call cadence, topics, and delivery

Propose staffing adjustments as programs scale

Audit workflows and identify friction in the student experience

Assist with avatar and competitive research to inform improvements

Recommend: Curriculum enhancements, New call formats, Workshop topics, Expert guests, Monthly themes

Own program execution and delivery standards

Recommend curriculum and program improvements

Propose call calendar and experience optimizations

Propose staffing needs based on volume and demand
