Qualification
Required
A strong technical foundation in engineering or manufacturing, with deep expertise in at least one domain and fluency across disciplines
Experience architecting or building complex physical systems from first principles to final integration
Proven leadership in fast-paced, technically ambitious environments
A bias for action, clarity of thought, and a passion for solving real-world problems
Comfort with ambiguity, zero-to-one builds, and 'building the plane as we fly it.'
A hands-on approach capable of both setting a vision as well as jumping into details
Preferred
Scaling R&D operations into full production
Standing up a factory or test facility from scratch
Industrial automation, robotics, or high-mix manufacturing
MRP/ERP design and implementation
Metal additive manufacturing
