Oil Filtration: Operating our Mobile Filtration Unit to micro-filter and extend the life of cooking oil
Fryer Cleaning: Thoroughly and safely cleaning deep fryers
Oil Management: Safe handling and disposal of used cooking oil
Safety: Strict adherence to all kitchen and equipment safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License (clean record for 3+ years)
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Must pass a background check
