Administrative Assistant/Customer Support Specialist
Hire-Authority is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Support Specialist for their medical product company located in Southwest Houston. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication skills, responsible for professional communication with customers and sales support, among other duties.
Responsibilities
Professional communication and responding to inquiries from customers, sales representatives, and distributors
Provide sales support to sales representatives and distributors
Assist with shipping and receiving of products (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Assist with Quality Assurance to make sure products meet applicable quality standards
Perform accurate data entry of inspections, shipments, and inventory transactions into ERP system
Work in a team dynamic along with customer service, logistics, quality, and sales departments
Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
Qualification
Required
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organizational skills
Professional demeanor and excellent communicator (verbal and written)
Preferred
Some college preferred
Previous administrative assistant and/or customer service experience strongly preferred
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus
