Responsibilities
Maintain and update corporate records, governance documents, and organizational files
Prepare and submit entity‑related filings and compliance paperwork
Assist with contract preparation, revisions, document organization, and review workflows
Coordinate steps in transactional processes, including signature management, checklists, and closing documentation
Draft estate planning materials and supporting documents
Support probate and trust administration, including preparing required filings and maintaining organized case records
Assist with trademark applications and portfolio maintenance
Monitor deadlines, maintain docket information, and prepare routine correspondence
Assist with U.S. and international patent application filings
Prepare supporting documentation such as IDS materials and prosecution updates
Track deadlines and coordinate communication with external counsel or foreign associates
Prepare documentation related to incident response matters
Assist with compliance tracking, assessments, and privacy‑related reporting
Support the preparation and maintenance of privacy forms, logs, and governance records
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
Bring 3+ years of paralegal experience in a relevant transactional practice area
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Are comfortable working with legal software, databases, and document‑management tools as part of daily workflow
