The ideal candidate will have extensive eDiscovery experience and will be responsible for advising clients on complex discovery issues, drafting briefs, and driving business development in AI and eDiscovery.

Advising clients on complex discovery and eDiscovery issues
Drafting briefs, negotiating discovery protocols, and advising on records retention
Counseling clients on data privacy, compliance, and emerging AI regulatory frameworks
Collaborating with litigation teams to support complex, high-stakes matters
Driving business development and practice growth in AI and eDiscovery
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of eDiscovery experience
Strong litigation and client counseling skills
Proven expertise using advanced AI tools for large, complex data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Admission to the state bar of your preferred office location (required)
