Responsibilities

Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice handling and payment tracking
Oversee accounts receivable tasks, such as processing payments and maintaining records
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and align financial accounts
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Input data into financial systems with precision and attention to detail
Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis purposes
Assist with month-end close activities to finalize financial statements
Work with Sage Intacct software to manage financial data efficiently

Required

Minimum of 2 years of staff-level or related accounting experience

Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis
Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software
Ability to manage month-end close procedures effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
