New Grad, Entry LevelButterfield Trail Village, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Support Technician to assist in the daily operation, maintenance, and support of facility systems and workspace. This role involves responding to service requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities
Respond to facility service requests and work orders in a timely manner
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs
Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled tasks
Support building setup activities such as office moves, room configurations, and equipment installations
Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns
Assist and escort vendors and contractors during on-site work
Maintain tools, equipment, storage areas, and supply inventory
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
Document completed work and update maintenance logs or ticketing systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic understanding of building systems and general maintenance practices
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer or mobile device proficiency
Valid driver's license may be required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred
Previous facilities, maintenance, or technical support experience preferred
