The therapist will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and collaborate with other professionals to deliver clinical services.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to participate in the delivery of clinical services, including intake evaluations, and direct treatment for adults and families
Assess and document the needs of clients who present themselves for outpatient mental health and/or co-occurring substance abuse services utilizing Person-Centered Planning principals
Provide individual and group therapy
Work collaboratively with others in relation to the client and family including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, school personnel and other family service or support people
Must meet all of the contractual requirements of the funding sources and/or agency, including maintaining State licensure
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure and state licensure (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP)
Candidates must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire
Must have one year of experience (may include time spent in fieldwork or internship) treating or working with people who have been diagnosed with mental illness
