Responsibilities
Manage preconstruction and estimating for selective and structural demolition projects
Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to prepare detailed scopes and cost estimates
Develop and submit competitive bids, proposals, and budgets
Engage directly with GCs, developers, and facility owners to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships
Coordinate with operations and field teams for smooth project handoff and execution
Represent the company at pre-bid meetings, walkthroughs, and networking events
Qualification
Required
5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience in demolition or general contracting
Strong ability to read blueprints and translate specifications into takeoffs and cost models
Experience with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing the Austin market
